Betsy Nabel, MD, president of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, describes the Brigham Building for the Future, opening in 2016. With its innovative construction and state-of-the-art research space, the Brigham Building for the Future will bring together the world’s finest clinicians and scientists in the neurosciences, orthopedics, and rheumatology. The goal of the Brigham Building for the Future is to promote collaboration and accelerate advancements in care for patients suffering from neurologic, orthopedic, and rheumatologic conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.
