Fostering a Diverse Community for Learning and Care
This year, the Brigham welcomed a diverse class of 230+ residents, with one in four identifying as historically underrepresented in medicine (UIM). In addition, five rising stars in academic medicine and research—the program’s most awardees—were named winners of the 2022 Minority Faculty Career Development Awards, which support and retain UIM trainees and junior faculty.
