The Brigham’s Incident Command Team is working diligently to manage our hospital’s response and safely care for our patients while protecting our employees and visitors
There is tremendous work underway to monitor the spread of COVID-19, screen patients and visitors, prepare for a patient surge, develop new testing kits to mitigate shortage, manage our critical supplies, and ensure that we can continue to safely deliver care across the hospital, no matter the circumstances.
How can philanthropy help the Brigham’s response?
Stopping the spread of the COVID-19 virus and treating those who have contracted it are now top priorities for the Brigham, requiring additional staff and resources at a time when we are still providing critical care to our patients across the hospital.
Philanthropy will help us access and deploy necessary emergency resources while providing continuity of care to our patients and their loved ones.
