What is a matching gift?
Encourage your donors to investigate their employer’s matching gift policy through their Human Resources department. Your donor completes their company’s matching gift form and submits it to the BWH Events Team.
Where do I send my off-line donations?
Off-line donations (checks or credit card) should be sent to:

To whom should checks be made payable?
Please instruct your donors to make all checks payable to Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
What credit cards does the hospital accept?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
What should I do with cash donations?
If you receive cash donations, please send us a cashiers check for the total cash amount with a list of the donors. Be sure the list includes their name, mailing address and donation amount.
Will my donors receive a gift receipt?
Yes – all donors who provide a mailing address will receive a receipt letter. Donors through your personal fundraising page will automatically receive an email donation acknowledgement when they submit their donation. Once that credit card transaction has been successfully completed, they will receive an automatic email donation receipt.
