We are currently in the process of transitioning to a new and improved career platform. Check back later in January for updated postings.
Flexible Employee Benefit Programs
The Development Office at the Brigham, located at Assembly Row in Somerville, Massachusetts, offers flexible employee benefit programs, competitive compensation, health/dental insurance options, and a variety of committees and programs to enhance and continue learning, collaboration, and skill development.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee
At the Brigham, we are building a diverse and inclusive community that encourages every employee to bring their authentic self to work. We recognize the need for ongoing learning in this domain. We are committed to continuing this work, embracing the full spectrum of human diversity: race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, and national origin. The DEI Committee’s goals are to help identify hospital DEI priorities, lead periodic DEI fundraising trainings, and manage diversity discovery groups to help diversify our donor base and hiring.
Brigham Development University
Professional development fosters employee growth, increases engagement, and drives organizational success. It enables staff to acquire new skills, adapt to challenges, and pursue career advancement. Brigham Development University offerings include the Fellowship and Seeker and Sage programs, which provide structured opportunities to build expertise, enhance collaboration, and explore career paths.
Fellowship Program
The Fellowship Program provides a unique opportunity to expand your skill set while contributing to another team’s success with another Brigham Development Office team. Staff who have been in their current role for six months or longer are offered the opportunity to apply for a fellowship. The Fellowship Program is designed to help enhance your skillset, strengthen the collaboration across different departments, and assist you on your professional career journey.
Seeker and Sage Program
The Seeker and Sage Program empowers employees to further their professional growth and development through employee connections with one another. Participants are encouraged to have informal and organic conversations exploring career paths and interests to learn how to improve in their careers, not just in their specific jobs.
