Congratulations to the Marr Fund Team!
Fueled by determination and hope, our Marr Fund team laced up their sneakers in the Maine Marathon, Half Marathon, and Marathon Relay on Sunday, October 5, 2025—all in support of Alzheimer’s prevention research. Since 2015, the Marr Fund team has raised more than $3.3 million for the Josephine and John Marr Alzheimer’s Research Fund.
Join us on October 4, 2026, for the next Maine Marathon. The out-and-back event course features rolling hills, gorgeous views of the Portland skyline, and glimpses of peak fall foliage. Registration will open in spring 2026. All fitness levels are welcome. If you are interested in running with our team, please fill out the form below to receive updates.
